Conditions of Sale<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

1. product and price information<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

M. Guimar\u00e3es Novais & Maia, Lda seeks to ensure that the information presented on the website www.mgnm.pt<\/a> corresponds as closely as possible to the essential characteristics of the products, based on the technical descriptions provided by the manufacturers and the illustrative images.<\/p>\n

Retail prices are shown in euros (\u20ac) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate in force, except in the Pro Area (exclusive area for professionals), where prices are shown without VAT.<\/p>\n

For orders of less than \u20ac50, shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are added to the total value of the order. The user will always be informed of these charges before confirming the purchase. <\/p>\n

M. Guimar\u00e3es Novais & Maia, Lda reserves the right to change prices at any time, but will apply the prices in force at the time of order confirmation.<\/p>\n

In the event of a manifest error in the price shown, resulting from technical, computer or human failure, the order may be canceled, and the Customer will be informed immediately and refunded any amounts paid.<\/p>\n

The prices shown on the website may not coincide with those in the physical store.<\/p>\n


\n2. Warranty<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The products sold by M. Guimar\u00e3es Novais & Maia, Lda are covered by the applicable legal warranty regime, under the terms of Decree-Law no. 84\/2021<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

2.1 Defective product<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of a defect or lack of conformity, the Customer should contact the Customer Service Department and they will be instructed on how to proceed.<\/p>\n

Under the terms of the law, the Customer has the right to have the goods restored to conformity by means of repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, as applicable.<\/p>\n

2.2 Transport damage<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Upon delivery, the Customer must check the condition of the packaging and the product.<\/p>\n
