Payment methods

M. Guimarães Novais & Maia, Lda offers different payment methods, guaranteeing security, reliability and convenience in all transactions.

1. ATM reference

By selecting this payment method, the Customer will receive an ATM reference for payment via cash machine or home banking service.

Payment must be made within a maximum of 3 days. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

Payment confirmation can take up to 1 working day. The order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

2. MB WAY

Payment via MB WAY allows you to make transactions quickly and securely via mobile devices.

After selecting this method, the Customer will receive a notification in the MB WAY application to confirm payment.

Payment must be confirmed within a maximum of 5 minutes. If it is not made within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

3. Payment security

M. Guimarães Novais & Maia, Lda uses appropriate security protocols to guarantee data protection in electronic transactions, including SSL encryption.

Payments are processed through certified entities, ensuring high standards of security and compliance with applicable legislation.

4. Order processing

Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

M. Guimarães Novais & Maia, Lda reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of suspected fraud or improper use of payment methods.
